Through my health coaching services, I teach you balanced, practical ways to live & be healthy, so that you don’t have to diet or beat yourself up anymore.  There’s no strict meal plan, calorie counting, or restriction here!  It’s just a way of life.

  • Action Plans // Personalized goals & follow-up emails following each coaching session. I’ll send you a personalized e-mail containing a summary of our discussion, goals, and an action plan to use as a guide between sessions (6 total summary e-mails).
  • Partnership // Support between sessions — you should use me as a resource, guide, and accountability partner! Feel free to email Sam between sessions with any questions, concerns, or requests for motivation. I’m here for you!

Have a specific need or goal that you want to tackle right away?  Grab one of my “Let’s Get Down to Business” Sessions, and we’lll get right down to it.  A “Let’s Get Down to Business Session” includes:

  • Coaching Call // One (1) 75-minute 1-on-1, private coaching session done via telephone, Skype or FaceTime.
  • Action Plan // A follow-up e-mail containing a personalized action plan and goals.
  • Support // 7-day follow-up e-mail & text support from Sam.
